As the president of this inaugural conference, I stand before you not only as a representative of the organizing committee, but also as someone whose personal dream has come true through the preparation and realization of this conference. It has been a long-standing vision of mine to see clinical pharmacists in Iraq come together under one roof to share knowledge, inspire each other, and shape the future of our profession and today, that vision becomes reality. Our goal is clear: to strengthen the role of clinical pharmacists in delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care that improves therapeutic outcomes and ensures medication safety throughout our healthcare system. This conference gathers dynamic and dedicated community academic leaders, healthcare practitioners, students, and international colleagues all sharing a common vision for progress.
